Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping (Only for German and Austria deliveries).
Since we are interested in an environmentally friendly delivery process we have found a way to make it as sustainable as possible.
This process currently takes between 3-5 weeks. German deliveries are usually faster than European deliveries. Since we want to support this way as much as possible, we offer you the shipping for free.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes currently between 3-5 weeks.

Where is my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Product & Order

When and how will I receive my invoice?

After your order you will receive a separate email from us with your invoice attached.
If the email does not arrive, please send an email to our support with your order number and they will send you a new/additional one.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value to place an order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you have ordered the wrong size or item and want to cancel your order, this is only possible if the package is not yet in transit, that is, you have not yet received a shipment notification by email. It is not possible to change the order, but you can cancel the order and place a new order. If you have not received a shipment notification yet, simply write a cancellation email to info@areyousocialized.de.

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed the order?

If you have accidentally entered a wrong delivery address, which does not correspond to the address you requested, we can only change the delivery address if the package is not yet in transit and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
If you haven’t received the shipping confirmation yet, please send an email with the order number to info@areyousocialized.de.

Returns & Exchanges

What if the product I've received is damaged?

We are happy to help you with warranty claims. Please send us an email with pictures of the damage to info@areyousocialized.de.

[Please note that we can only accept unused items in their original packaging. Be careful not to remove any labels or soil any items. The item must not show any signs of use.]

How should I send the product back to you?

Please do not send the product back to us insecurely packed! The customer bears the shipping costs of the return. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number.

Does the package need to be insured for a return?

The shipment does not necessarily have to be insured, but it must be traceable in any case. Please make sure that your shipping service provider provides you with a tracking link. If a return does not reach us, it must be proven that the goods were actually sent to us. If there is a proof that the goods were actually sent to us, then the transport risk is borne by Dunker & Junck GbR.

What is the process after I returned the product?

Upon arrival of your return at our logistics center, your return will be processed according to the information you provide on the return shipping label. Please note that this process can take up to two weeks. For refunds of orders with the payment method prepayment, the amount will be refunded to your checking account. For orders with Paypal, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Paypal account. For orders with the payment methods direct debit and credit card, we will direct the payment to the account you used. The duration of the repayment is up to 16 days and can’t be influenced by us.

What options do I have to pay?

Paypal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay online securely, easily and quickly.

This is how it works: You deposit your data once in a PayPal account. After submitting your order at Socialized, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. There you enter your email address and your personal password and confirm the payment. As soon as you click the „Buy“ button on the order overview page, your PayPal account will be debited. In case of a cancellation or return of your order, your PayPal account will be credited with the time of arrival of the goods in our house. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can create one at any time.

Credit Card

Credit cards are one of the most common and popular ways to make online purchases. It enables millions of people around the world to make purchases using branded credit cards. The following multinational financial corporations are supported: Visa, MasterCard.
